Refund policy

Pre orders

When placing an order from our preorders make sure you understand there is a wait time while they are being manufactured   and delivered to us on or around the given arrival time!  Please know that delays and malfunctions are possible but totally out of our control! Any preorder cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee covers the 3rd party fees that we are charged for the transaction.


Cancellation

If you place an order for in stock and change your mind there will be a 20% cancellation!

 

Discount Codes 

Discount codes MUST be used at the time of check out. We cannot alter of change your order once it’s placed. Please double check everything in your cart before placing your order! 


Sales

 All sale items are final! We will not accept returns on any sale items unless product is damaged.

 

Returns

We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery. We will NOT accept returns after the 20 day deadline. We ask that items be unwashed upon return request. You are responsible for return shipping costs and we charge a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, free of pet hair, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will NOT accept any items back that are from smoking homes or that have been washed. Once items are received we will inspect each item. Once items are cleared we will refund your purchase after the restocking fee is deducted. Please include the original packing slip as this makes it easier for us to process your return. 


To start a return, you can contact us at Squishylilcampers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without notifying first will not be accepted. We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.



Manufacturer Defects & Warranty

We provide a 20 day product warranty starting from the date it was delivered.  Warranty covers manufacture defects such as Damaged PUL, stitching, broken snaps or bad elastics.  Make sure to look your order over thoroughly once received for  any defects or flaws. If your item has a defect we ask that you contact us via email with photos of the defects and your order number ASAP.  

If you receive the wrong item please inform us of the mistake so we can make it right. In this situation you will be able to keep the wrong item and we will correct the mistake. Please take into consideration that we are a small Mama owned/operated business and we are human. Sometimes we make an oops!



Shipping

We do not refund or re-fulfill orders that are lost during shipping! We have route insurance available and we ask that add it to each order for the protection of your package once shipped. If you opt out of the Route insurance at checkout and your package is lost or damaged we are not reliable for the mishap nor can we do anything about it. If your package is lost, damages or missing I have provided the link to file a claim with Route Insurance. (https://claims.route.com) Once your items ship, we are no longer responsible for your order! If your order has had no movement for a couple of days we will do everything in our power to try and help you locate the package. Before you contact us asking where your package is we ask that you have checked your tracking number before reaching out.
